“…every city or house divided against itself will not stand.” (Matthew 12:25)
Suspicion less search, seizure, and lack of consent is a violation of the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
So what is the Fourth Amendment?
The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) is an amendment to the United States Constitution and part of the Bill of Rights. It prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and requires any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. It was adopted in response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, a type of general search warrant issued by the British Government and a major source of tension in pre-Revolutionary America. The Fourth Amendment was introduced in Congress in 1789 by James Madison, along with the other amendments in the Bill of Rights, in response to Anti-Federalist objections to the new Constitution. Congress proposed the amendment to the states on September 28, 1789, and by December 15, 1791, the necessary three-quarters of the states had ratified it. Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson announced the adoption of the amendment on March 1, 1792. (source: Wikipedia)
So why the concern now in reminding people of the Fourth Amendment?
Because the Homeland Security of the United States has adopted measures that allow for the search and seizures of U.S. citizens within 100 miles of the U.S. border without due regard to protected rights.
Constitution Free Zones in The United States
As long as no one challenges the violation of rights against citizens who are (or were) protected under the Fourth Amendment, this protection will disappear under the auspices of the United Nations’ New World Order concept which is designed to rule the world under a ONE RULE tyranny.
The Destruction of the 4th Amendment (Old but timely)
Are we a nation of sheep? Are we allowing this nation to become divided against itself by simply not standing up against the wrongs that have been and continue to be perpetrate against its people?
I cannot in all good conscience continue to walk in this world and not alert people of what is happening against our long hard-fought rights of liberty. I don’t want us disappearing into Guantanamo Bay type of jails that hold no rights of protection simply because we don’t suit the government’s ultimate purpose of control.
Jesus Christ did say “…every city or house divided against itself will not stand.” (Matthew 12:25). Are we not created in His perfect image? Can we not stand up and speak out against this onslaught of tyranny?
