What is Trans Pacific Partnership and what’s so secretive about it?
I’ve seen so many videos warning the public about not accepting the Trans Pacific Partnership agreement (TPP) and to contact our publicly elected Congressmen, Senators, Representatives and voice our concerns by opposing it. This was very confusing because the terms aren’t even dictated anywhere to be able to adequately study its provisions much less voice concerns over it.
Trans Pacific Partnership:
Unlocking Opportunity for Americans through trade with the Asia-Pacific
“As the cornerstone of the Obama Administration’s economic policy in the Asia-Pacific, the Trans-Pacific Partnership reflects the United States’ economic priorities and values. The TPP not only seeks to provide new and meaningful market access for American goods and services exports, but also set high-standard rules for trade, and address vital 21st-century issues within the global economy.” (source: UStr.Gov/tpp)

Ten Things You Need to Know About Fast Track
Article dated April 27, 2015:
- “Fast Track Authority” Is, At Its Core, Nothing But A Significant Transfer Of Legislative Power To Barack Obama And His Immediate Successor.
- If Fast Track Is Approved — And The Agreement Turns Out To Be Horrible — It Will Be Impossible To Stop It Then.
- It Is Impossible To Limit The President’s Authority In Any Way
- Fast Track Will Give Both Barack Obama And, Potentially, Hillary Clinton The Ability To Comprehensively Circumvent Congress With Respect To Agreements Which Are Not Even On The Horizon
- If Reports Of The Secret Agreement Are Correct, It Contains Language, Patterned After Provisions Applicable To The European Union, Which Would Effectively Mandate Unlimited Amnesty.
SECRET DEAL COULD CONTAIN A MYRIAD OF GUN RESTRICTIONS, AMMO BANS!
Article dated May 8, 2015:
“We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what’s in it.” — Then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, encouraging rapid passage of ObamaCare in 2010
ACTION: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Sen. Orrin Hatch may soon give the President authority to write gun control restrictions into a “trade agreement.” So click here to contact your Senators –- whether they are liberal or conservative. Urge them to vote against the anti-gun “fast track” bill (S. 995).
Investor-State Dispute Settlement/Foreign Investment Protection:
“At issue is the pending Trans-Pacific Partnership treaty and a provision called “Investor-State Dispute Settlement,” or ISDS, that would let foreign firms challenge U.S. laws, potentially overruling those laws and resulting in fines to be paid by taxpayers. The provisions are becoming common in some trade deals between other nations.” (source: WashingtonExaminer.com)
“The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is a proposed regional regulatory and investment treaty. As of 2014, twelve countries throughout the Asia-Pacific region have participated in negotiations on the TPP: Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, the United States, and Vietnam.”
“Notably, only foreign investors can sue states under investment treaties, and only states can be held liable to pay damages for breach of the treaty. States have no corresponding right to bring an original claim against a foreign investor. Thus, a decision in favour of the State means that the state has not been ordered to pay compensation, not that it has received any compensation from the investor. A state cannot “win” in ISDS in the manner of a foreign investor.” (source: wikipedia.org)
Wikileaks releases massive data on the Trans Pacific Partnership:
Wikileaks is the primary source of hundreds, if not thousands, of data on the Trans Pacific Partnership communications that isn’t being released to the public by the U.S. Government.
“Secret Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) – Investment chapter WikiLeaks releases today the “Investment Chapter” from the secret negotiations of the TPP (Trans-Pacific Partnership) agreement. Although I see great encouraging language referring to a “robust economy, jobs expansion, unlocking job opportunities for American farmers, various entrepreneurship, etc.” its glossy and it does make me very aware of the facts that its coming at an extremely high cost–that the U.S. is abandoning its sovereignty, its protections to recovery and compensation from the “partners” from other countries through secret negotiations and secret pacts — so much for government transparency.
This is the basic format for the New World Order, the One World Economy unveiling in front of us.
Be safe, be blessed.
